Tape B & Effin Drop Sizzling New Collab “I’ll Never Know”

Hot off collaborations with Dani King and Zaytoven, Tape B brought Effin back in the mix with their latest release. “I’ll Never Know” is a scintillating new single off his upcoming debut album, Ghosts in the Static.

“This marks our 3rd collaboration since early 2025, and it has been awesome to work on so much music with Effin. Our styles work really well together, and it makes the workflow very seamless. After the success of “Ups and Downs” and our “Back-to-back” flip, we thought it was time for another original,” Tape B said.

Check out the music video for “I’ll Never Know” below. In the video directed by Natalia Martinez, a kid who is getting finds walkman imbued with ancient powers of dubstep. With those electric dubstep powers straight from the ’90s and beyond, he dispatches his bullies and makes a few friends along the way. Tape B & Effin’s fingerprints are all over this track, from the producer tags to the sound design. Effin’s dreamy bridges drive you right into Tape B’s hip-hop heavy drops. It’s clear that Ghosts in the Static is going to be filled with magic based on the singles we’ve gotten so far.
